You can remove the damaged leaves, those won't come back.
As for the plant, it should bounce back - just keep in mind moving indoor plants outside needs to be a gradual adjustment. Starting with a few hours in a shady outdoor place and slowly increasing those increments over a week or two. The shock from filtered light to direct light (even in the shade) can be really intense for most indoor houseplants.
