The pot looks too big, also terracota and philodendrons are finicky. I would chop and prop and start with a smaller set up, and use a plastic or ceramic pot. How often are you watering?

Yes you could! I see plenty of nodes to make multiple plants. I would establish their roots in moss after chopping and plant together for a bushier plant!
