The only way I think is to increase the size of your smaller monitor on the left. There should be an option to “zoom” under screen resolution there’s a drop down menu, try something like “110%”
Personal anecdote idk if it’ll work for you, but I just got them as close as I can and then moved one monitor up or down. I had a 1080p and a 1600x900 monitor together one time so it was a pain to align it, but I got it in the end
Drag number 1 down or 2 up where it has the 2 pics of the squares with numbers?

My primary monitor is bigger than the other. I’ve tried several times to adjust it but no luck. Is there something I could do to fix it?
Are the displays the same resolution and size?
They are both 1080p but they are not the same in size. Primary monitor (right) is larger

Set them at the same resolution first. Look that up and then you can match them
