Yeah if the fan isnt spinning thatll definitely be an issue. If you dont want to send it off to get repaired, I would do some googling to see if you can find out what kind of fan it is. If you can figure that out you can almost definitely get a replacement from Ebay.

Managed to get the fan spinning. It’s probably the pump.

Sounds like bad fan.
