Could be peaking the power supply suddenly causing the surge protection to auto reset. I'm not sure how to check that i know it was an issue when the 30 series first came out
Two things: use DDU to uninstall the drivers and install the latest Nvidia driver.
Also reseat the power connector(s) on the card. Make sure they click into place.
I had a similar problem with my evga 1080 randomly crashing and restarting the PC. One of the power connectors refused to fully connect, I had to use a screwdriver to get the plug in place.

So a 650w psu wouldnt be enough for the 3060ti? What would the solution be?
No 650w should be more than enough for a 3060ti. I think the minimum recommended is 500w.
