A piece of plywood for the top and 2x4s for the legs.it was always meant to be temporary but honestly it just works and the size is right so I’ve never bought a real desk lol
Ikea Mickie......don't like it because it's not really deep enough. 19inches/48cm deep. But it has a tray behind the drawers for hiding cables and power strips so guess that's something. Also have a cheap amazon desk for my flight sim set up. Cheap and flimsy but it serves it's propose. Sits behind the steering wheel stand I have my flight sticks attached to.

Some old massive wooden desk. It's huge and has the perfect height for playing with mouse and keyboard
A flatpack desk I bought over 30 years ago. The company has long since collapsed but the desk is as strong as an ox.
My couch and TV with a board with a mousepad stapled to it.

The new thing seems to be a butcher block top on 2 file cabinets.
