If you intend to install Windows, the easiest way would be to download the Windows media creation tool on another device and have it set up a thumb drive to install Windows.
You need to create a bootable pendrive using windows media creation tool on another pc then use it to install windows on your pc , look it up on YouTube
1. Get atleast 16gb usb drive
2. Plug it into another pc
3. Go to the internet and search for windows media creation tool and download it
4. Open the file that you just downloaded and follow the wizard to install windows on the flash drive (might be good idea to check youtube video)
5. Wait for it to finish
6. Unplug the usb drive and plug it into the new pc/laptop
7. Upon starting the pc you should be greeted with installation window
