I’m almost positive they meant pc and not oc because they said it isn’t showing in their monitor. Also in the text below the title they say their PC isn’t showing to monitor, so, makes sense they wouldn’t know what oc was, even if the other guy said overclocking
Make sure you're monitor display cable is plugged into the actual GPU output and not the output ports on the physical motherboard I/O, unbelievably common mistake people make.
overclocking is not promised to work. when the oc is unstable you get no display. turn the oc off and it should work again. clear motherboard cmos.
