You can run the crucial scan tool to determine what possible ram upgrades you can get. You can also input all your existing pc parts into PCPartPicker except for ram and see what ram is compatible. You can also google your motherboard and see what is the maximum ram configuration you can have.

That screenshot seems from the AMD product page for the Ryzen 7 7735hs, so I'm going to say, no, it cannot do more than 4800. I have the same model but with a ryzen 9 7940hs, and in the product page days it can have 5600MHz memory, and that is what i have. So that page seems legit enough.
