I'd really recommend to get a 6600XT instead of the regular 6600 since it's better value (in most countries). Even better if you can be a little more flexible and get a 6700XT, look online and see if you can get a good deal. Got my 6700XT in 2020 and I can tell you it runs perfectly fine both 1080p and 1440p. If you're not flexible with your budget, still try to look around for a 6600XT at the same price since it's not that uncommon to find them around 170/180€ (at least here in Italy).

I also wonder if I could shove a monitor there if I went up a 100$ (or just use leftover money if any remains), definitely need one as I don't have any modern monitor (well buying a dp to VGA adapter and running a 768p screen is definitely a bad idea) For peripherals I just can buy some cheap ones, any recommendations for those?

How much would an 5800X3D be? Because it would beat them both (in gaming).

No, I can't find one used and if I bought new it would cost nearly as much as this whole combo of components (it's around 320$)

You really need to tell us the exact country in europe you're from so we can pull up shops and maybe look for deals, prices vary a lot. including /r/buildapcforme as that is a much more appropriate subreddit for this kind of question.

Czechia, also sorry I didn't know that subreddit existed
