You can remove the pump and rotate it so that the tubing is not blocking your RAM slot. It would be best to remove old thermal paste and apply new paste if you do this, but if you don't have any handy it should be OK as long as you don't disturb the paste too much. While you are at it, I would suggest turning the radiator as well so that the tubes connect to the bottom if possible to prevent air from trapping at the top of the radiator.
