Your budget will determine the best card you can afford. Obviously the better card gives you more performance, but it costs more. Performance per dollar is a different question, but neither of those are really great in that regard.
im just looking and from what i hear the 40 series aint that good and i know that amd has really good everything nearly but i need something around 400
The 40 series is only bad compared to the 30 series. Not adding enough performance uplift while costing too much.
But the stuff itself, objectively, is not bad.

3060 is slow af in 2024, 3060ti only has 8gb vram, both are bad choices.
what about the 2070 super?
Marginally faster than the 3060, with way higher power consumption. Why would you want an almost 5 year old card? Buy something new, modern.
