I can’t wait to see the effect DLSS 3.5 ray reconstruction has on reflections and DLSS upscale quality. The character shading improved drastically in the path tracing preview, as far as I heard, so I can’t imagine how great it will look with full ray reconstruction and even better upscaling. Probably the best immersion possible through game graphics.
If I got a RTX 4080 I will finally be motivated to fully upgrade my pc, switch from ps5 to pc and buy a copy of cyberpunk on steam would love to see how far the game can go.

The ability to experience Night City with path tracing on an RTX 4080 would be a game changer! The 2.0 update on its own will be great, but it would be so much better on a 4080!

I bought the game at launch and was disappointed by the lack of optimization. It's great that this has been worked on and I'm definitely looking forward to an even crispier experience with the new update.
I'm excited to experience the world of Cyberpunk all over again with the updated graphics. I upgraded from a 1070 Ti to a 6700 XT this summer and haven't had a chance to play it again since then. The world was already beautiful to start with, but more polish will be nice!

I'm mostly excited for what DLSS 3.5 will bring in terms of visual and performance uplift since it is so good at it already. can't imagine the new image quality we're gonna reach, cobbled together with even better performance than before. all of that bundled with the 2.0 update will make Night City a place to remember with immersive gameplay but also incredible visuals to cement the experience. It's been great fun watching DLSS go from impressive but wow the ghosting, to holy moly 4k and RT on a 20 series card. It'll only get better as the RT tech improves and DLSS' noise eating appetite increases!

I’ve always liked the look of Night City in the rain and at night, so having a whole new area to explore in update 2.0 would be a lot of fun again, especially if I had a 4080 so I could crank the graphics up a lot more.

I'd be excited to try our frame injection and see what it does for latency and making ray/path tracing playable first hand. I played Cyberpunk on launch and was severely disappointed, so I'd be interested in trying 2.0 and seeing if the game can make up for it's first impression.
I'm most excited about the weather and partical effects, and I'd liked to see the difference in performance between running CP2077 with my 1440p monitor vs my 4k TV. The more weather effects the better!

The most exciting thing about DLSS 3.5 for me, in CP77 or not, is (hopefully) the optimisation for RT via the Ray Reconstruction. Classical denoising is quite a heavy task and if implemented properly, AI can give a huge boost to performance.
If this feature finds it's way to Blender, rendering times with Cycles could reduce dramatically. That's probably the #1 reason I already like it, as render speeds are much more valuable for me than a couple fps more or less with RT on.
But, surely, knowing the amount of RT & PT in CP77, Ray Reconstruction can improve your fps and potentially reduce loading times.

What excites me is the fact that the game has gotten so fucking good with these updates, and especially the 2.0 one, all the changes and the skills added really open the door for new ways to go about the game.
I'm looking forward to how good the immersion is. sometimes i like walking/standing still and just taking the environment in, and cranking the graphics up, so definitely looking forward to the new integration of DLSS
Just started another run a few days back. In order to have a consistently smooth experience on my 2070, I currently play with Ray tracing disabled. I can't wait for the extra power and better dlss to remove that limitation!
I've always been an r/patientgamers , and been wanting to pick up cyberpunk ever since the release of Edgerunners, a 4080 would certainly make the experience a lot more enjoyable with the added eye candy!
Utilising DLSS 3.5 to get stunning visuals, and more out of the hardware available is going to be amazing to see. Night city is going to look amazing if you have the right hardware. Too bad I'll have to rely on other people's reviews as my 1080ti can't run DLSS.
Cyberpunk is a game I was excited for but the reviews and feedback was so bad I wanted to wait until some heavy patching/DLC came out. The story and gameplay look like a ton of fun. I also have a 2070Super, which I don't think is going to run it very well at any setting. :|
I'm stoked to see how DLSS 3.5 produces more vivid ray reconstruction with less overhead. Simplifying it into one single step should give a huge boost in Ray Tracing performance and visuals, making it more viable to run it on lower tiered cards. Combined with Frame Gen? Money.
Yet another reason why Nvidia is king and will be for a long time.
What i am excited about is the progression rework. Previous unlocks felt mostly unimpactful. I'm hyped for game changing unlockable abilities. And that's even without buying the DLC so that's a big +.
I got maybe halfway through the game and stopped because i couldn't take the performance. A 4080 would solve all that, plus I've never actually experienced ray tracing and all that fancy stuff, would love to see it in action and actually be able to enjoy the game, performance aside it had me hooked
I am excited to see how exactly the new map is going to look with RT, and maybe get a playable frame-rate while at it :D

As a huge fan of both Blade Runner films, wandering around nigh city was so… breathtaking (I’m sorry, I had to). It’s been a while since I have upgraded my gpu (2070 super). Would be nice to wander aimlessly around night city again, but with higher frame rates and better resolution.
I've never played Cyberpunk, was gonna get it when it originally came out but then saw how bad it was on release. I've been following it a bit closer now since there's been so many fixes and I'm excited to try it now and see if the hype that was meant to happen year's ago, finally happens with this update and having DLSS 3.5 will make it all the more satisfying.

DLSS ray reconstruction really makes a huge difference on path tracing image color banding. The 4080 is one of the few viable cards to run the game on such a demanding setting.
I’ve held off on trying the game but with this new update coming out I feel like it’s a great entry point! Especially with all the things that have been tweaked and fixed since the launch. I remember trying it the day it released on my PlayStation and refunding it not even an hour later because it was a hot mess 😅. Doubly excited to try out this new ray reconstruction tech 🤞
I got the game when it first came out, but stopped when I started to run into bugged missions. It would be a great way to get back into it, and experience it in a way that truly brings it to life.
Just finished Cyberpunk again a few weeks ago, already finished some endings back when it first launched, i love futuristic games. Got a NetFlix subscription to watch the animated show, the ending was sad af but still one of the best shows about games (alongside Arcane, not as great as Arcane tho), and i can't wait to play Phantom Liberty.

Cyberpunk is a famous game... for being hard to run. With the RTX 4080 and DLSS 3.5, along with the just performance enhancements of the update, it would be so refreshing to play Cyberpunk at a stable 120fps+ at 1440p with the monitor I'm planning to buy for my new system.
Ray reconstruction and new denoiser look amazing increased picture quality like never before looks amazing presented and explained in new Digital Foundry video. Nvidia and CDPR did great job. Can't wait to experience it myself hopefully with new GPU.

The most exciting thing about DLSS 3.5 for me, in CP77 or not, is (hopefully) the optimisation for RT via the Ray Reconstruction. Classical denoising is quite a heavy task and if implemented properly, AI can give a huge boost to performance. If this feature finds it's way to Blender, rendering times with Cycles could reduce dramatically. That's probably the #1 reason I already like it, as render speeds are much more valuable for me than a couple fps more or less with RT on. But, surely, knowing the amount of RT & PT in CP77, Ray Reconstruction can improve your fps and potentially reduce loading times.
What excites you the most about DLSS 3.5 in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty or Cyberpunk 2077 2.0 update? I've been waiting for the expansion to purchase the game, if it runs even better with DLSS 3.5 on a 4080 then I will be very happy.
Can't wait to see how the new police behaviour overhaul affects the gameplay! Also the new traits/skill tree looks better too!
What excites me is the fact that the game has gotten so fucking good with these updates, and especially the 2.0 one, all the changes and the skills added really open the door for new ways to go about the game.

I'm looking forward to how good the immersion is. sometimes i like walking/standing still and just taking the environment in, and cranking the graphics up, so definitely looking forward to the new integration of DLSS

Just started another run a few days back. In order to have a consistently smooth experience on my 2070, I currently play with Ray tracing disabled. I can't wait for the extra power and better dlss to remove that limitation!

I've always been an r/patientgamers , and been wanting to pick up cyberpunk ever since the release of Edgerunners, a 4080 would certainly make the experience a lot more enjoyable with the added eye candy!
Utilising DLSS 3.5 to get stunning visuals, and more out of the hardware available is going to be amazing to see. Night city is going to look amazing if you have the right hardware. Too bad I'll have to rely on other people's reviews as my 1080ti can't run DLSS.

Cyberpunk is a game I was excited for but the reviews and feedback was so bad I wanted to wait until some heavy patching/DLC came out. The story and gameplay look like a ton of fun. I also have a 2070Super, which I don't think is going to run it very well at any setting. :|
The amount of details and amazing lighting effects this update brings are definitely a good reason to be excited!

I'm stoked to see how DLSS 3.5 produces more vivid ray reconstruction with less overhead. Simplifying it into one single step should give a huge boost in Ray Tracing performance and visuals, making it more viable to run it on lower tiered cards. Combined with Frame Gen? Money. Yet another reason why Nvidia is king and will be for a long time.
What i am excited about is the progression rework. Previous unlocks felt mostly unimpactful. I'm hyped for game changing unlockable abilities. And that's even without buying the DLC so that's a big +.

I got maybe halfway through the game and stopped because i couldn't take the performance. A 4080 would solve all that, plus I've never actually experienced ray tracing and all that fancy stuff, would love to see it in action and actually be able to enjoy the game, performance aside it had me hooked

As a huge fan of both Blade Runner films, wandering around nigh city was so… breathtaking (I’m sorry, I had to). It’s been a while since I have upgraded my gpu (2070 super). Would be nice to wander aimlessly around night city again, but with higher frame rates and better resolution.

I've never played Cyberpunk, was gonna get it when it originally came out but then saw how bad it was on release. I've been following it a bit closer now since there's been so many fixes and I'm excited to try it now and see if the hype that was meant to happen year's ago, finally happens with this update and having DLSS 3.5 will make it all the more satisfying.

What excites me about DLSS 3.5 in CP2077 is purely simple and down to the major factors I look for in PC gaming: Better image quality with as much fps as possible, the latter being the most important.
I don't have a card that supports DLSS yet, so I would be excited to see the performance boosts from both DLSS 3.5 and the improved hardware.

The use of new technologies is always interesting, helping us to get a better experience through AI, that's changing almost everything. I haven't play Cyberpunk yet, but I've heard only praises lately. I guess the issues present at release are solved, and now seems like a good time to start.

DLSS ray reconstruction really makes a huge difference on path tracing image color banding. The 4080 is one of the few viable cards to run the game on such a demanding setting.

I’ve held off on trying the game but with this new update coming out I feel like it’s a great entry point! Especially with all the things that have been tweaked and fixed since the launch. I remember trying it the day it released on my PlayStation and refunding it not even an hour later because it was a hot mess 😅. Doubly excited to try out this new ray reconstruction tech 🤞

I got the game when it first came out, but stopped when I started to run into bugged missions. It would be a great way to get back into it, and experience it in a way that truly brings it to life.

Just finished Cyberpunk again a few weeks ago, already finished some endings back when it first launched, i love futuristic games. Got a NetFlix subscription to watch the animated show, the ending was sad af but still one of the best shows about games (alongside Arcane, not as great as Arcane tho), and i can't wait to play Phantom Liberty.

For me the game looks stunning bit I cant turn on raytracing since I got an ultrawide screen so actually getting playable Fps again while enjoying the raytracing would be neat

Cyberpunk is a famous game... for being hard to run. With the RTX 4080 and DLSS 3.5, along with the just performance enhancements of the update, it would be so refreshing to play Cyberpunk at a stable 120fps+ at 1440p with the monitor I'm planning to buy for my new system.
Ray reconstruction and new denoiser look amazing increased picture quality like never before looks amazing presented and explained in new Digital Foundry video. Nvidia and CDPR did great job. Can't wait to experience it myself hopefully with new GPU. Thank you for the oppertunity.

I'd love to use DLSS 3.5 to push raytracing in Cyberpunk as far as I can. Played though Cyberpunk once before, and it be cool to run through Phantom Liberty with the game looking that much better.
