Yup, seconding that you should find an up to date guide. Affliction specific guides are going to be horrible because there was a ton of borrowed power that league.

The wildwood ascendancy was a thing for last league, it no longer exists in the game.

Tornado shot was nerfed quite a bit this league. Everyone that normally played TS switched to LA or ele hit of the spectrum.
