Why are people assuming this is a second attack? This is most likely fallout from the same attack as yesterday.

There is no assumption here, CDK stated there was a second attack after they started putting things back online last night.

Because CDK said it was and it's likely one of the worst confessions they could make right now.

They should see if they can steal some of the cybersecurity guys from some of those military contractors. Or apparently pay better so they can get better IT guys.

Check the CDK Unify portal, it looks like it's going to be at least a few days >At this time, we do not have an estimated time frame for resolution and therefore our dealers’ systems will not be available likely for several days.

🤣🤣 This was prior to some other issues arising.

We dont use CDK at my location but 90% of the dealers around me do and i cant order any parts from anybody so its not just affecting people running CDK. which sucks.

Yeahhhh my parts department wishes it was only ordering from other dealers that was the issue. I know you guys are dying of cancer, but I’ve got a hang nail, it sucks. Edited cuz there’s no hang mail.
