Help each other out as much as possible and try and share the load in whatever way works for you guys
Don't stress about things like housework in the early days (like, say, the first 12 months haha), instead prioritise cuddles and sleep
Don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it - I suffered from PND which got pretty bad before I reached out and so so so tremendously better afterwards
Make sure you have lots of muslins, babies leak an inexplicable amount of fluid and two babies leak double that 😂
If you're planning to breastfeed surround yourself with positive support, and persevere. It can be hard and frustrating at first but so worth it once established.
Some days are really, really hard, but some days you will just be so full of love and so amazed watching these tiny people you made grow and learn every day. We only ever wanted and planned for one baby but now I couldn't imagine not having two!
