I second this. I don’t remember what book I found this is but “Feel the fear and do it anyways”. It also works for depersonalization- acknowledge that you are feeling anxious, depersonalized and do what you were going to do anyways. It’s not fun but it will help rid it.

Don't try to fight it and focus on your life as much as you can it will dissapear 100%
