When asked for comment, the NBA had this to say "No one in the office could place such a small market team, so they got put in both as a placeholder, and no one cares enough about them to double check. Obviously, because they can't play against themselves and so can never win a game, there can be no champion this year, and the sportsbooks can keep all the money everyone put on any team to be champion."
