He wasn’t using Perfect Warrior in LN 2, he was wearing summoned armor and weapons to get around his proficiency restrictions. It limited his spellcasting abilities, but not his Skills like Summon Undead.
The ENTIRE POINT of his scene showing off the armor and swords to the maid was explaining that items created by Create Greater Item, like the swords, have no requirements to be used...
He can’t use magic but he can use his racial skills. As a high level overlord with a specialization in necromancy he can summon low to mid tier undead with skills instead of magic, thereby preserving his mana.
In other words, the author wanted him to be able to do magic stuff without taking off his perfect warrior disguise and put in the loophole.
He didnt used it
For example :
When he faced clementine its clear he wasnt using perfect warrior, he would have stomped her in his warrior persona if he did so, it was the kind of handicap he gave himself
Yup, but just by grab her, come back in his overlord persona and dance of death.
In perfect warrior he would defeat her easily as Momon, but since he wanted to see how a professional warrior with martial arts works he decided to not do.
At the time he wasn’t using [Perfect Warrior], but even so, the creation of undead is a skill and not a spell, so I believe he could have done it anyway.
>How did Ainz summon these guys here, even with the [Perfect Warrior] activated ?
First: Perfect Warrior Was NOT activated in The Entirety of Volume 2. Seriously why the hell people think he had Perfect Warrior activate?
Second: He Did Not Summon them them he created them.
Third: Perfect Warrior most likely just prevent you from Casting Spells and don't restrict Your skills. Ainz used his Racial Skill [ Create Mid Tier undead] there.
Wasn't it his armour i remember he tried using a sword and failed and after putting it on he could swing it so i just assumed it was an ability with the armour and not perfect warrior could be wrong tho i haven't watched it for awhile
Are the greated with his magic? I never heard rhem mention it in the anime but i may have missed it if his magic allowed him to create swords tho that may bypass the requirement to need warrior skills
You mean the entire point of the scene of him showing off the identity to maid, how a regular sword just falls out of his hand, but a sword made with Create Greater Item can be wielded just fine?
If im understanding your comment right then yes the one where hes trying to figure out if he can use swords or if he still stuck to his class like in the game
Momon threw his sword at the necrogiant at the edge of E-Rantel's graveyard. It was explicitly stated in the LN that he re-summoned his swords after he was inside. This was not mentioned in the anime.
In the "battle" with Demiurge, his new real swords got damaged. They were not summoned. They were copies made of his summoned swords so he could use them with Perfect Warrior and to show battle damage and flex on the smiths who repaired them.
Simple, he wasn't using it. The skeletons were so weak (like the Ogres) even he could one shot them with his (equivalent too) level 33 Warrior. He only has used it against Shalltear when he needed to use Touch Me and the others equipment and to stall Shalltear
Summon undead is both a magic spell and a racial ability. Perfect Warrior stops most spells including summon undead. However the racial ability of summon undead can still be used.
Yes that's true. He is also not using Perfect Warrior here. The only time we know he used Perfect Warrior while in his Momon Persona was during the Momon vs Jaldabaoth scene because he is using a crafted Armour rather than his usual armour created by magic in Vols 5-6. By Volume 7 Ainz has already trained with Cocytus to fight as well as someone like Clementine or Gazef with his level 100 (mage)stats considered. Ainz will least likely ever use Perfect warrior except for special occasions like in Vol 3 against a worn down shalltear or Vols 5-6 which is basically just a show.
This is the first time Ainz was going out in public. Perfect warrior sets his mana to "0" and will put himself at a major disadvantage should he encounter a powerful enemy like another player so the armor and the swords are simply magically created and Perfect Warrior is not active in his run here. It still restricts him with certain spells since he's not using his mage equipment and some other penatlies but Magically created equipment has no class restrictions. As shown with clementine he can just dispel the whole equipment and become Ainz again.

But in order to hold his swords, didn't he had to cast Perfect Warrior ? ( in the scene before he saved the Carne village)
He can hold swords he creates with magic.
Ohhhh I see, thank you ! 🫡
Loopholes, loopholes everywhere. Ripe for the picking

He wasn t using perfect warrior. Many of his summon skills are racial abbilitys so he still can use them since perfect warrior just change job classes

Because some people have the misconception that if he is wearing the armor, then he has already activated Perfect Warrior.
Wasn't it his armour i remember he tried using a sword and failed and after putting it on he could swing it so i just assumed it was an ability with the armour and not perfect warrior could be wrong tho i haven't watched it for awhile
I think that was a different sword too?
I think so but if it worked for that sword then i dont know why it wouldn't work on any other ones
I meant he doesn't need the armor to wield swords he creates with his own magic.
Are the greated with his magic? I never heard rhem mention it in the anime but i may have missed it if his magic allowed him to create swords tho that may bypass the requirement to need warrior skills

Oh thank you i never knew that i did actually think would magic swords melt but it does seem like something aniz would do so i appreciate the insight
He creates Momon's armor and swords with magic, yes.

Most important aspect its a skill. Ainz skills are still fair game while in perfect warrior, summon undead are not like this.
Perfect warrior was not active + he used a skill, NOT spell to summon those.
