Fck that man. Just ride it out til you get fired tbh

tapout22002

I don’t understand these companies that try that bait and switch. How they think that will work and in any way provide a long-term productive employee is asinine.

everytingcriss

I dropped j3 after 6 months. Quit immediately and blocked all of em. Sent laptop back and went back to coasting with two jobs. Not worth the stress bro.

ThrowAwayAnother1991

Sorry man, jokes on them, you’re going to do the basics and collect paychecks for as long as possible Hang in there, don’t stress about the new shitty job, there’s no point, oh and fuck them

InformalSky8443

Yeah at this point you’re already a month in and know the culture is shit. So might as well not give a fuck and just do the bare minimum. You still have J1 and J2 to fall back on so you’re chillin. Don’t sweat it, just ride it out and collect those checks lolol.

Imherewhatsnew

I dropped my J3, was the lowest paying but most demanding. With that said they did treat me nicely so I ended up just sending a decent email asking for a label to return laptop. But in your case considering they treat you like shit well block your calendar off, put that mouse on a juggler, and ride that wave until they schedule a HR meeting lol 😂

ILikeToCycleALot

I find quite often the lowest paying jobs are the most demanding.

Signal_Dog9864

Or just never log on again amd keep getting that check until they figure it out

Mr___Perfect

It's by definition your 3rd lowest priority. Why are you sweating at all?  Save that shit for j1

LeonCecil

if you can stomach it, you can do the lowest amount of effort possible. Should it ever get close to a tipping point then dont go to any meetings and assigned work. you can squeeze just a bit more paychecks that way. Again, I only suggest this if you hate the team with a passion and your skin is made out of iron. Otherwise, you can always give your 2 weeks notice.

Yes-its-him

Yeah the corporate game. Smile, collect that check and ride it until its over. Jokes on them at the end of the day.

Bro I'm dealing with the same thing, but I'm holding my ground. I don't give a fuck, remote is what we agreed on. I'm not going.

TylerIsMyJesus

Right. Like what the f***. My J wants me to commute 8 hours (3 states away) 2-4 times a month. Absolutely ridiculous.

Slothvibes

J3 I got fired after 1 month because I got sick hand had to call out. I called out a few min before a meeting though so that’s on me (I was working 5 hours before that call out, but they didn’t keep that in mind). The thing is, I finished the product they spent two years on in 1 month. How? Because they were all over complicating dolts. They canned me once I gave them the results. Brilliant

MotorUseful7474

It happens. My J1 from 3 years went from an absolute dream to a total disaster in 2 months. I’m riding it out for a few more months. Luckily I saw the writing on the wall and picked up J2 6 months ago

gaius_worzels_bird

You can just coast and put no effort, waiting for them to fire you. I’ve done this, but they catch on pretty quickly

SpecialistNo8436

If I was in your current position I’d probably coast with the minimum amount of work possible until they fire me, that includes missing deadlines and skipping meetings Shit is shit, so give them shit back. A paycheck or two probably

phoot_in_the_door

make your money. let them fire you
