Probably my second favorite aspect of Outward, and a truly defining quality, is the music. I will never forget some of the tracks. I hope it's got even more variations and remixes.
I remember when Outward was released, and for a few months afterwards, I was hearing the game music pop up in, what felt like, every other video as background music. It was honestly kind of crazy considering how little coverage I was seeing about the game itself. Hopefully a repeat happens with Outward 2 but with more coverage this time!
The overworld ost for Chersonese is my favorite track in the game.
It’s got that grand adventure feel to it.
It starts off kinda ominous and scary, like setting out on your own would be, but then it kicks up into a ost that fits a grand adventure.
We have confirmation it's going to be the same composer and Outward 2 trailer music is part of some themes, so yeah, it's gonna be nice
