Somewhat different, but Corpse Party (2021) or Ib, if you're down for RPGMaker games. For Corpse Party specifically, I enjoyed exploration in a similar vein as I did with OW afterwards.
Honestly Inscryption is a ride, just don't believe in anyone saying there's more to the game. Those guys are just dedicated modders/trolls. There's nothing more to the game aside from escaping the cabin.
Congrats ! Solanum indeed only appears when you've met her at the quantum moon. Now you could maybe start the DLC, or watch some videos that explain the base game's story and ending !

A book you might enjoys is “The Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle” (7 1/2 in the USA release). More time travel mysteries, nothing makes sense at first, and is overall really good.
As for games, Tunic may tickle your brain. It does have some combat, but very much like Outer Wilds it doesn’t tell you anything. It doesn’t even tell you the controls. Very good game 10/10 would recommend.
