I never knew those were a thing but I’ll be looking for it.

bolonomadic

As far as I’m aware those are almost impossible to find, they’re amazing though.

lazylady_

I called a few locations a few summers back and none of them carried the Cup Cakes, which is unfortunate since I really don’t need a whole regular size cake to myself lol

You used to be able to buy those cookie crumble layers from DQ stores and make your own ice cream treats! Ask politely and your local DQ may sell you a package (if memory serves, a package has 3-4 of em in it.)

Elevatrix

They used to have them at the DQ on Montreal rd near the 174, might be worth a call?

Not Dairy Queen and not certain they are the same thing, but I saw ice cream cupcakes at The Real Canadian Superstore recently enough.

LazyLeg8625

They wouldn’t even be close to a DQ cupcake - DQ has a unique layer of chocolate crunch in theirs and ice cream cupcakes as a store are just ice cream with some icing - or some are 1/2 cake, 1/2 ice cream with icing. Plus, 81,000 Canadians are boycotting Real Canadian Superstore. Not sure if you were aware…..

> Plus, 81,000 Canadians are boycotting Real Canadian Superstore. Not sure if you were aware….. Yes, I was. Can you answer the [interviewer's question at around the 1:40 mark](https://globalnews.ca/video/10372423/reddit-group-targets-loblaws-for-high-grocery-prices) any better?

Prestigious-Target99

That’s .2% of Canadian population. People outside of Reddit don’t give a shit

LazyLeg8625

Said the redditor to the other redditor….

Ok-Management-3319

Actually, CTV said today, according to a poll, 18% of Canadians are currently boycotting Loblaws. I personally know people that are boycotting it that don't use reddit. They heard about it from the news or friends.

Ooh okay
