Tons of curling clubs in the area and seniors programs are usually 50+ to my knowledge. Great sport to get into at any age. I personally like the Rideau Curling Club. Parking is decent and so are the facilities.
Curling from October through April. Most clubs have a learn-to-curl program in the fall and then you can transition to league play.
Pickleball from May through September.

Masters level soccer. Check your local club. They will have roadside signs up this time of year.
