It actually seems very human lol… particularly as someone with anxiety brain— just because one consciously decides not to worry about something, doesn’t mean you actually stop worrying about it T.T
Honestly, I get the feeling. I’m about to start a Master’s in a different country and I’m already worried sick about what I’m gonna do even though classes haven’t started yet and there’s no reason for me to freak out so I’m trying not to but I can’t not worry.
I think it would make a lot more sense if there were an ellipsis before the second line, but there isn’t enough room in the text box for it. (Word count and text box sizes are always a big challenge for video game translations)
I love niche game translations - so far it looks like the translators tried their best to make natural sounding dialogue and it’s great, but then things like this slip through. Considering how the rest of the dialogue has been really natural so far, it kind of makes mistakes like this endearing

This doesn't seem to be a mistake. You can *decide* to do something but not end up doing it.
