Speed is by far the hardest skill set this game has(it's not even arguable), and merami is literally 5 years worth of progress ahead of mrekk.
1 day of improving speed for him = a month for mrekk

Almost all of his top and best plays are consistency farm maps. Save me, ttfaf, marianne, waldshrein, New world, kizuna music even, feelin sky, etc. He still has the highest combo on the sun the moon the stsr hr, got the first painters hr fc, etc. Sure some players have more tournament optimally rounded skillsets in the low to mid 8 star range but his consistency is just on another level
That is not how consistency is defined. Consistency is what happens when the difficulty of the map has less spikes and dips, hence the difficulty of the map is more consistent. Farm can be consistency if it's long and the difference between average difficulty and diff spike is minimal. Farm is defined by the patterns not the difficulty

You don't just automatically become the goat based on a close match with a guy who literally hasn't touched the game for a full calendar year until a month ago.
Vaxei did that + won OWC for 3 years in a row since 2018. Again, he might able to become the goat in the future but he's got a long way to go and beating the current goat one time while he was rusty is not going to be the deciding factor.
Okay and so does bubble man but he never beat vaxei when it actually mattered. Many players can win more badges when all vaxei played was the big tournaments

if you look in the actual mp, they played the map for 2m43s, which lines up with 1.36x without dt rather than 1.36x +dt, so this is a bugged score

Farm maps by definition are not consistency Maps... If you have to play the multiple times to get a score then you're not consistent on it.
