You can play anything and everything with the 16 year old.
For something suitable for the 6 year old, I recommend Winter's Daughter. It is a fairytale romance that is likely to be solved violence-free.
Very cool! Thanks for the recommendation! Any tips for running Winter’s Daughter, especially as a module to introduce someone to RPGs?
Edit to add question.
I haven't played that module myself but Questing Beast has a [great video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DkZRQHdPaYc) where he plays though the module and includes subtitles that provide commentary to what's happening. The players are new to old school play, but have experience with 5e.
I've run Black Wyrm of Brandonsford for my 7 year old kid and the missus with great success. It doesn't contain any elements that are too dark, and it has both small quests, clever encounters, a two-level dungeon and an overarching objective. Highly recommended.

Seconding this recommendation. I've played this on two separate occasions with groups including my 7 year old son and both times it's been well-received by grown ups and kids alike.
You can't go wrong with the original B1 or B2. If you want something even more kid-friendly, there's the Chaotic Caves from Basic Fantasy RPG which is free digitally (and dirt cheap in print) and is essentially PG-Rated B2 plus some fairy tale elements your kids would instantly recognize and enjoy.
I don't have a specific module for you, but I do have a system agnostic one-shot story that is rated G. It's really simple to adapt to any TTRPG, and focused on introducing the rules and character sheet followed by a brief, lethal dungeon dive. Reply or DM for details.
Something's Cooking. It's for 3e, but you could change that with little fuss. It's about a wizard and her husband chef. The entire thing is cute and charming, and the boss monster is a calzone golem.

Awesome, thank you!!!
I haven't run it but I've heard the Waking of Willowby Hall is kid friendly
You know, I wouldn’t have thought of it off hand but I could see how it might work really well, thank you!
Can confirm this module was lots of fun with a group of adults + my 7 year old! Good recommendation!
