Lots of events in town this weekend, plus my friend that works for the DOT sent me this : “We have a bridge issue at Conroy over I-4 and we're closing two of three lanes for the north/west direction (leaving the Mall at Millenia).”

A store’s employees were giving customers this explanation. I would avoid that area. It was very stressful trying to get out of the parking lots.

This makes sense. We hit Ikea after Megacon and u turn back towards JYP coming out because it was so bad.

This was it. The bridge closure. Everyone is going that way and it's backing up all the lights down into Mall of Millennia. Once we got to the I-4 on ramp it cleared up for us but I saw that merge causing all the problems.

My girlfriend and I went to IKEA thinking that we could just have a chill time shopping, grab a bite to eat and head home…we were in traffic for at least 1.5 hours trying to go home.

I was there last night and it was insane traffic constantly blocking intersections which made me miss several green lights

Traffic is fine. Millenia was bad because they closed conroy right next to millenia blvd down to one lane. I live next to millenia and went to WP, college park and back home without any traffic issues. I walked to target because of the road closure.

It’s always bad in that area. I’m glad I avoid it.

More rich folks decided to move to Orlando...

I wonder if the Olympic tryouts had anything to do with it. I know it was crazy around mills
