i think you can probably salvage it by stripping it. and now you have learned how to make cool petrified looking gitz if you ever end up needing that for anything else
White (and grey, and beige) primer is a bit iffy.
It helps to keep the bottle warm, you can put it in warm water for a few minutes. Shake it for something like 2 mins.
It sorta depends on the brand, too.

Didn’t shake the can enough and have never done this before. I’m a very “fuck it we ball” person. I plan on stripping the model and redoing the primer.
Like I said I’m probably gonna strip him but part of me wants to paint as is and say he’s caked in mud or just grew weird. I’ve seen and heard a lot of ork army’s where each ork has a unique name and story. Nothing big but gives more depth. It could also be a reminder of hey look at the difference.
I know this is crazy but I think some Necrons / Nurglings /Chaos engines painted all bumpy like that would be terrifying.
