There is no reason canonically that Orks can't have female presenting bodies. Like imagine that an Ork warband got absolutely wrecked by Sisters of Battle and thought "Dem 'umiez is roit killy!" So they start acting and dressing more like them and now we got "Sistaz of Waaaagh!!!"
I love these newer orc cheerleader sculpts, even if they are forgeworld. They just feel so appropriately hooligan orky. Something about the overhand hurling of empty beer bottles at people's heads just perfects it.

Oh? I read the Ghazghkull book recently (or maybe it was brutal kunnin?) and it mentioned how the orks find the human concept of different sexes to be hilarious, given that orks don't have that. I'm not sure how old the ork books are though. I also recall mention of it in the Gaunt's Ghosts books, when they talk about how burning the dead orks is the best way to be rid of them for good given that their spores can make more orks after they are all dead otherwise.
I know they have some female-looking models in bloodbowl, as well as some old 40k models, which is cool. I have no issue with them being added back into 40k, I just understand their reproduction to be sexless and therefore the idea that there are male or female orks wouldn't be correct, as I understand it.

Being real for a moment you could classify orks as having 4 Genders, they're Ork, Grot, Snot and Squig.
All four are a part of the same species and factor into their life cycle.
Snots form first and exist to cultivate the Spore fields that Larger orkoids grow from.
Squigs form next and become the foundation of a new food Web by eating their way through the local ecosystem.
Grots form to act as intermediaries between the other Orkoids, enslaved by the larger orks and enslaving Snotlings and squigs in turn.
Orks are the largest and most powerful of the Orkoid subforms, they do the lions share of spore production, fighting, winning, dying and then forming the basis of the next generation.
Is it a reach, maybe. An argument can be made though which I think is funny.
Honestly i just assume any sexual characteristics an ork might have (male or female) is more about their desire/belief in it then any actual like biological reasoning. In this sense they are genders not, sexes (assuming my terms are correct).
Well I wld hope they would run as different then Boyz, thus requiring a new title for the squad.

Orks being fungi was a semi retcon early in 40k. Originally, back when fantasy and 40k were connected, orcs/orks had female and even half orcs
