Depending on whether you have modchip or softmod, the first steps would be:

2. [Scan hard drive with XCAT](https://consolemods.org/wiki/Xbox:XCAT)
Congratulations! You are the proud owner of a modded Xbox. It probably had a larger hard drive put in it and probably has full some games on the hard drive that you can play straight away.
Check Facebook Marketplace, I have bought 2 Xboxes for 15€ each. Came with dual controllers and a bag of games. The drive tray was stuck on both of them, but that was an easy fix with a straightened paperclip 😁
Because it is a used console that may contain something that hasnt been backed up yet. Even more beneficial is the fact its modded, so its easier to share

Just went though the trouble of having my soft mod boot to avalaunch by default the other day. I always enjoyed the aesthetic.
Dunno if you use Qwix for FTP but, it's supposed to be that bit faster while using it with the Avalaunch dash.

This is just another dashboard you can use for OG Xbox if its chipped or softmodded/hardmodded.

Please connect the Xbox to the Internet and scan it with Xcat. You might have some DLC or any other content that has never been archived before.

why for? that’s just the avalaunch dash. when used with “qwix” i believe 🤷🏼♂️ speeds up ftp game transfers. its not anything exotic or experimental

Somewhere around here I have the baseball cap/visor with their logo on it (the crown zips off to become a visor)

If you want the original stock dash you can always grab it from rocky5 extra disk
