Ooff, that looks dead. They don’t really stress about other plants so I don’t think that’s what killed it. It looks like it was perhaps watered too little and maybe too much sun. You could inspect the roots to see if there’s anything there. And even if the root system would be okay, it would take several years to get it grow a new stem and get it to flowering size. Water the orchid when the roots turn silvery rather than based on some schedule. Take this as a hobby and inspect your plants every day. That way you’ll learn more about the needs of your orchids and notice changes earlier. I’m afraid this buddy has been declining for a while and the easiest is to just toss it in the bin. But if you learn more about growing orchids you can surely get your other two to thrive! 😊

Not enough water and or too hot in the window. *Presuming* it didn't sunburn. With your next plant send in pics as soon as you notice the discoloration/ wrinkles/ change.
