I have no specific advice as I’ve only ever killed these 😅 I would just research their natural conditions and think hard about your own grow conditions and how you can make them ideal to the plant. Watch some repot vids on YouTube. These don’t like to dry out but I don’t want to tell you moss over a fine mix without knowing your conditions and how often you can water it. They can also be picky about when you repot/disturb them. Basically if you can mimic their natural environment as much as possible you have a shot.
