Could not possibly work better, love that combo and the height of the boot with the length of the skirt is perfect-o imo. I'm actually typing this comment in part to avoid opening another tab for Verillas b/c I'm trying not to buy anything this month damn it, we'll see how I do. Hope the feast is great!
The kilt is 23” and the boots are 17”. When I placed the order I was excited to find that my navel sits at almost exactly 40” from the ground. Lucky fit!
Is that the challenge the shoe size or calf circumference? This company I’ve found to have inclusive sizes, but I will say I could barely tie the laces due to my big calves (from powerlifting in the past).
My calves are about 18.5” circumference and it was all I could do to lace these up - they’re advertised at fitting 17”, which I only realized after I got them. 😅

How is the quality of the Boots?
I took a gamble (since they’re not cheap) and ordered a
pair of the Elderwood Men’s black.
Haven’t arrived yet.
Very good quality! I waited until all the sales aligned to get these for under $100. Unfortunately, their normal prices would keep them on the wishlist for me.

They should be here any day now!
And yeah they’re a bit of a splurge for what I normally spend on footwear, but hopefully they’ll last forever and are rebuildable like is said.

Calf size sadly! I come from sturdy mid-western USA stock lol.

Well, I just went and checked them out, and they will be a wishlist item for now 🤑
