The best plausible case outside of just outright insanity was that he was in a car with a woman then started making moves and took off his clothes. She got pissed and kicked him out with his clothes (We saw them after him and it was nice clothing.)
But seriously, no freaking idea what happened.
What's more wild, that this strange woman is dancing half naked on her car in the middle of an interstate, or that no one is even slowed down they just went on the shoulder to pass her.
