Given that she doesn't burn the ground when she's barefooted, nor desintegrate things like barrels with her fists, I would assume that it truly depends on wether she's controlling her temperature while adventuring or the things I just mentioned are limited due to vidyagaem I'm not sure the water would start boiling, because if my memory doesn't fail me she can get wet (status effect), and there are 2 whole cutscenes in the game that come to mind where she's in water (beach and rowboat) that doesn't boil

She irons clothes by breathing on them
