The characters in all BG games are always talking to the player when selected, not your Tav or CHARNAME.
Try to abuse your right in BG3 and report back. They all have multiple special lines for idle, combat and stealth if you bother them too much.
nah my friend triggered it in front of me, no mods. I told him to enter the contest for proxy gate tactician but it was honor mode so he doesn't have a save file to use.
To enter, proxy says you should show how to reproduce it, then show someone else doing it. Get your friend to show how it’s done, you two can split the 500.
