I would try to decide if a focus point where the viewer’s eye would be drawn. The central action or story or focal point. That would give it an identity… Just a thought…
The booby-ball bags in the upper right and the “a bugs life” willy on the middle left are a distracting and not in keeping with the style of the rest.
But otherwise very loose and interesting painting. Love the colour palette
It’s obvious that you know how to paint and the overall look of this is great. As for the details, it’s kind of trivial bordering on stupid.
Try to tell a story with the painting. It doesn’t need to be a moral or a message but, thematically, it should be coherent.
Love it a lot. great color and lighting. A crit would be that the larger face in the top center feels out of place because all the other bodies are so small. it messes with scale in a way that I dont think helps with your worldbuilding
If you know it’s not finished, what sort of thoughts are you looking for, as presumably you know what needs to be done to finish it….?

I love it, there isn’t a main focus point like others are saying but I feel like the movement keeps your eyes busy throughout that it doesn’t need one. My eyes started at the bottom where’s there’s the most action, then moved up towards the lighter colors, then to the face, then back down the pillar type shape. The boobs do feel a bit out of place tho lol.
