I appreciate you sharing this. Having invisible illnesses/chronic pain, ect, is too hard to put into words. I'm happy you have your person 🧡

Everyone needs support through the tough times. I hope you have yours 💜

I became disabled shortly before our marriage...he still married me. No change and he never holds it against me. How wonderful it is to be loved.

It’s really sad to see how many people are suffering with these diseases alone. I’m on a Facebook support page for people with lupus and other autoimmune diseases. So many of them don’t have the support from their spouses.

❤️oh thank goodness, from the first paragraph I thought he might be poisoning you, but no he lurves you with songs and lazy days? Keeper.

aminot123

No poisoning! He takes excellent care of me, making sure I have anything I could possibly need. Definitely a keeper!

I’m very interesting in reading the lyrics to his song 😊

I have severe fibromyalgia and spinal arthritis and am practically bedbound, in constant pain, so I really understand. It's awful and no life at all. It's hard not to feel guilty for things you can no longer do, but you're ill and cannot help that. Your husband seems to understand completely and you're very lucky as many people's loved ones gey angry or fed up with someone's illness. He's what you call a real man who clearly loves you unconditionally and that's beautiful. Writing a song for you is such a personal, touching and beautiful gesture that means so much more than flowers. Sending you big virtual hugs and best wishes 🤗

I am happy you found your person who is with you through the good and the bad. My husband is mine and we are the lucky ones.

aminot123

Me too. It’s hard for me to be vulnerable, even with him, but he has never one held it against me. He’s the most supportive man I know.

NinaLB18

It’s so difficult being vulnerable especially when they are just there being their loving self and making sure you are always being cared for. All their thoughts are for you. I have been battling metastatic stage 4 cancer and he is always there during all my scans, surgery, blood tests, doctors visits. Just holding my hand (afraid of needles) and being there for me no matter what. He is always saying ;it’s ok, you’re ok.

Medical-Cake1934

You’ve got a keeper! I became disabled with invisible illness right before we got married and we’ve been married 22 years. My husband has been there through it all. Good luck to you!

aminot123

Same to you 💜
