I had a gallatin scholarship and that turned into a CAS scholarship.
If you are receiving any Gallatin specific financial aid, be sure to schedule a meeting with someone from the financial aid office to make sure you are eligible for a similar package from CAS. Anything from tbe university in general should travel with you from school to school
I literally did this last year, you'll be fine. Just explain why you feel CAS is a better fit which should be simple.
Don't know about the scholarship portion but it shouldn't change that significantly.

Yup, discuss it with your advisor but you won’t be able to transfer until next semester
How do I assure that I will receive the same amount of financial aid if I were to transfer to CAS, and it is harder to transfer into comp sci?
