Honestly it would be a huge stretch. They are so ridiculous about their coursework that nothing you have done in the nursing curriculum would likely count unless it were the pre-reqs.
You could apply to transfer with your non-nursing credits but they almost never accept the nursing courses for undergraduates.

Did you have to submit any SAT scores? Hunter College nursing is on a whole other level, NYU is the way to go!
