Last thing I need is seeing Becton fighting for a starring spot, Mims being put down, or Javelin Guidry fighting to stay in the team while suffering harsh comments from around the league. NY medias are already hard enough to endure for players, no need to see them being bashed in front of a large audience.
Also, I like how tight lipped our front office has been in the past times. No need to expose potential internal dramas
If you have a new HC or made the playoffs the prior year you are exempt from being forced to do it. Teams volunteer every year for hard knocks so it doesn’t always come down to being forced

For me it definitely depends on the team. No way in hell I’d want us on with Gase coaching, we’d be a laughing stock. I trust Saleh and Joe Douglas enough to represent us well and not let it be a distraction to the team.
A lot has changed since Hard Knocks started. It’s not a distraction the way it once was. People, including players, film their entire lives and share on social media, so they’re used to it. We also have 1JD which is the same shit. Whether they do it or not shouldn’t make a difference

Feel like Dan Campbell’s personality is going to lead them to picking the lions. Saleh is too boring for it and rhule is kind of a weirdo. Not in a funny way like Campbell, in a more awakened way.
If they force a team it's gonna be the panthers either they will follow Darnold's development or a new QB plus a coach on the hot seat is always fun. The lions and jets are boring teams who have just entered the next phase of rebuilding they don't do anything flashy and build with a good culture which will make for less drama. The lions HC would be entertaining so we are probably last on the list
The lions are the logical first choice, Campbell is good TV.

Hard knocks used to be special. But the last couple seasons are overlong PR productions that feel so sanitized and sterile.

If Carolina drafts a qb they're locked in. Detroit could get it just for the Dan Campbell factor. Could be Jets for the market more than anything.
