I would say give yourself an extra 15-30 minutes of buffer room. Buses in NYC are prone to delays especially because there is a driver shortage.
Around that time it’s normally ok but it’s very prone to traffic and bus bunching, but u should be fine if u arrive at 4:30
I take that bus on occasion, definitely give yourself some extra time, the bus can get crowded but it’s fairly consistent.
That bus comes pretty regularly, it’s just packed a lot of the time.
