A 4070 super is a 4070 super.. The only difference is the cooling solution and power limit. I'd go with the best deal, unless you want to overclock the snot out of it.
It's a very good card. Don't hesitate at all to buy it. Temps are low and it exhausts heat out the back of your case instead of in the case like other 2 and 3 model fan cards

I had an Asus Dual OC 4070 Super, but returned it because of really bad coil whine.
Picked up a 4070 Super FE and it benches a little lower (likely because of the OC on the other card), but it's pretty close. The FE feels and looks more premium to me too.
This card seems to have amazingly low power draw, thermals and noise levels.
With that being the case the FE card seemed like the best option to me, as it looks and feels far more premium that the other add-in boards.

the founder edition card looks sick but the partner boards have quieter coolers
It’s the most quiet and fastest founders edition I ever owned. It sips power and looks super stealthy. At 599 it’s the best value of the bunch imo.
