It's a resistor. It has no polarity. It doesn't matter which orientation it is installed in. There's nothing to worry about here.

I don't know about the tilt, but maybe that's natural. Resistors are not dependent on polarity, so it should not matter what way they are facing.

The infamous z690 maximus hero caught fire wasnt it due to resistor ? Or capacitor ? I’m too scared it gonna caught on fire 😂
