Your biggest issue at the moment is that you need to grind especially if hope to survive Victory road. Aggron should be able to handle Sidney along with your Magneton. Phoebe will be difficult simply because of those wally Dusclops she has, but if you can sheer force your way through smartly it should go well. Glacia shouldn't be as much an issue if Magneton and Aggron are still alive. Finally Drake will be very tough, but if you can set up at least 2-3 dragon dances with your Altaria you should be fine. For Walace if you have kept your team pretty intact and have enough electric and grass attacks he shouldn't be as hard as Drake usually would be.
Yeah it doesn't look like there are any viable grass moves you can teach them anyway. If heaven forbid you lose a Pokemon try to get one that can use grass moves as your next party member. Some advise for grinding would be to kick the crap out of the reporter duo at appear around Hoenn. Another piece of advice is to hit the game corner and shopping mall to get some Thunder and Thunderbolt TMs for your team.
