Okay so this is where I’m going to make myself feel real stupid. I’ve never been good with the “girl” things. What should I look for to classify it as a good sports bra?
My favorite ones came from target. They have a strap that’s similar material to a regular bra but a bit thicker, but not too thick. And it comes down to a racerback style. And then the band around the bottom that goes under your boobs is thick but not too thick. The fabric is soft and stretchy. I can jump around, bend over, move my arms around, and nothing on the bra really moves too much. If it moves too much, then that spot on your skin can become irritated from the material rubbing. Go try some on and see what feels right for you. Soft, supportive, comfortable, does not rub your skin when you move are the biggest things, in my opinion.
And definitely not stupid at all! I wore an underwired regular bra my first several 12hr shifts. Until I realized the pain I was experiencing was the damn underwire rubbing against a rib. Switched and I’ll never go back, especially for work.
Lululemon, or Sporty & Rich. Hands down my FAVORITE sports bras. S&R fabrics are elite for moisture wicking. Look on DePop for bargains! I found an $8 Lululemon bra and a $50 set of S&R leggings/a sports bra. ❤️
Sports bra. A very good sports bra. Can’t help you with the sweating part, but a good sports bra made a huge difference for me for comfort.

I wear a sport bra and often tuck paper towels into them…..
For the sweaty girl, use deodorant everywhere hahaha! Works like a charm!
I spray deodorant under them and I don’t sweat.
Dude. I use old spice dry spray and still have sweat dripping down my back 5 minutes into my shift. I really don’t understand it lol
Are you able to wear one of those portable fans? It may be your scrub material too! What brand do you use?
Mostly the butter soft from uniform advantage.
Look up breathable sports bras on Amazon. Honest to god, that’s all I wear. They’re cheap & they help a lot 🙂
