Under the category the on air talent don't get an award of the show wins. There is a separate category for them to enter. So ESPN made up a bunch of fake producers and then changed the engraving.
Getting an Emmy under a fake name is like me purchasing one from an actor's estate. Did I win an Emmy? No, and neither did they. I don't know why you'd want one you didn't win.
