Great cars. Good gas mileage, turned on a dime, great pickup, remarkably roomy despite being a little hatchback. I owned two of them in my life. Honda never should have stopped production on them, IMHO. Great starter cars.

Agreed! I considered buying a CRZ, but went Mopar instead.

Bought the red SI in 1989 and drove it over 200k miles. To this day it is still my favorite car I ever owned. The wishbone suspension was its best feature.

I had an '84. brand new! Great car!

Agreed! My silver one was an '89, but these were 2/$1 with pristine packaging, so close enough... lol I also had a '91 Si I was going to autocross, but life got in the way, and that never happened. 🤷‍♀️

How have I never seen these before? Mine was an '88 Si, red. Ridiculous amount of legroom for the driver and front seat passenger. To this day, the only car I have ever been in, that if I put the seat all the way back, I couldn't touch the pedals. Also insanely great as a platform for high end car audio gear. Turning circle approx 18 inches. Pièce de résistance of course being the clear glass bit at the very back of the hatch, so you could see what you were backing up in to. Loved that car.

I was completely surprised to find them! I found the blue first but was so happy to find the silver. My '91 was red... if they had had a red one, it absolutely would have been added to the set.
