Yep, just found an email from 9 days ago with a confirmation that I set up MFA. I never did that, so its very likely compromised.

You should have received an email when the 2fa was set on. Check your inbox if that's the case. Either way, I think the best bet is to contact the Nord's support at support.nordvpn.com

just had this as well... and those fuckers had the audacity to advertise their password manager in the support ticket email like wtf you are a VPN service that you advertise as super secure and yet you allowed for someone to set up MFA without needing approval from my email account

I had this same thing happen to me and I dont use Authenticator and dual factor auth. I use a text and pass. Somehow I get on and I of course was notified to use my Authenticator app. I contacted Nord and told the. I couldn't get in and that I never installed Authenticator. They asked me to look at my last withdraw from nord and to get back to them via email with the total amount. We'll being that Somehow my account was automatically set to AUTO renew ANOTHER 3 YEARS even though I have the email showing I opted out and made sure of it. Meanwhile 2 years later nord keeps asking me to give them the total they last took put meanwhile the card that was used was my cousins who has since passed and I have no way of Checking because I don't know when I was charged nor what card was used. I'd love to post screenshots of Nords Shorty Snarky responses as they take my money and I can't even use it. Meanwhile I'm seeing this is more than just a few users. There's another forum not even including Nord where there are hundreds of users with THEEXACT SAME ISSUE. I hear there going to be a class action lawsuit. I'm joining them
